New Formula For Happy Marriage
…they ran out of wine (John 2:3).
In your marriage you will not run out of Wine,
In your marriage you will not run out of Joy,
In your marriage you will not run out of Happiness,
In your marriage you will not run out of fruitfulness,
In your marriage you will not run out of Peace,
In your marriage you will not run out of Promotion,
In your marriage you will not run out of Mercy,
In your marriage you will not run out of Favour,
In your marriage you will not run out of Celebration,
In your marriage you will not run out of Enlargement,
In your marriage you will not run out of Testimony,
In your marriage you will not run out of Life,
In your marriage you will not run out of Finances,
Your merry making will not turn into mourning making,
You will not run into debts,
IN JESUS MIGHTY AND WONDERFUL NAME, AMEN.
Mary told them not to ask Jesus any question or argue with Him (John 2:5). Questions hinder miracles and Joy. Argument cracks the walls of marriage. Nagging hangs the harp of Joy away…
During your own wedding, nobody will raise any satanic hand to ask question. They will forever remain silent!
“And there were set there six waterpots
of stones after the manner of the purifying
of the Jews…” (John 2:6)
When I visited the Cana in The pots were six in number. The number six is very significant indeed. It symbolically represents the day God created marriage partners. Blessed art thou if thou get married on the sixth day, sixth month, or even at the sixth hour!
“…male and female created he them…
And the evening and the morning were
the sixth day.” (Gen. 2:27, 31)
God did not create them male and male. Therefore, those who are having idea of male-to-male marriage (homosexualism) should search the scriptures.
Jesus was at the wedding in Cana
He was there to establish a new formula (covenant) for the Marriage Institution, for “In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away” (Heb. 8:13). Therefore, “…He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second” (Heb. 10:9).
“And he saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it.
When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew:) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom”.
(John 2:8-9, emphasis mine)
Water was too ashamed to be plain in the Hand of its Maker, and so turned into wine.
Something good thing has indeed come out of Nazareth
When the Master of the Ceremony “tasted the water that was made wine”, he received insight. He received revelational knowledge. He spoke with word of knowledge…
“And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now”.
(John 2:10)
The Old Formula

rom the above scripture, we can actually discern what happened in marriages before our Lord Jesus intervened and restored the new order:
…at the beginning…good wine
…then (later) that which is worse
Outside of Christ, marriage always starts with good and ends with worse.
Outside of Christ are crises. Any Marriage that does not invite Jesus into it operates on the old formula of confusion, distrust, problems, bitterness, callousness, and disagreements of disproportionate dimension in all its ramifications.
The New Formula

herefore, Jesus established a new and enduring formula for those in Christ Jesus, as well as those who put their hope and trust in Him to see them through. So…
“…He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second” (Heb. 10:9).
Hidden in the scripture passage below, is revelational new formula established by Jesus at the wedding in Cana of Galilee. He instituted something far better; something more superior, more enduring – an institution based on love, joy, trust, faith, hope, and mercy. Something that is divine. One lasts eternity – for God is love.
“…at the beginning doth set forth good wine… but thou hast kept the good wine until now”.
(John 2:10)
The article of ‘the’ is a definite!
For you and my own sake, Jesus reversed the old formula that has been causing heartaches in marriages
Jesus is saying ‘happiness’ that commences marriage must end with ‘the happiness;
If it starts with Joy, it must end with the joy;
If it starts with Love, it must end with the love;
If it starts with Abundance, it must end with the abundance;
If it starts with Favour, it must end with the favour;
If it starts with Peace, it must end with the peace;
If it starts with Fruitfulness it must end with the fruitfulness
If it starts with Laughter it must end with the laughter;
The formula is definite, and will surely work, because ‘the’ is a definite article!
“I am the Way.”
Your marriage will work out, and the new formula will work for your marriage.
It will stand the test of faithfulness.
This is the new formula. Take it. Believe it. Work it out. Put your hope in it. It is definite, because…
It is from the Lord!
The Word Entered

hen the word of God becomes rhema[A1] in your belly, it produces joy. I know that wine in the scripture represents the blood of Jesus. Jesus says in the Book of first Corinthians chapter eleven verse twenty-five that,
“This cup is the new testament in my blood…”
Nevertheless, it could also stand for ‘JOY’.
“And wine that maketh glad the heart of man…”
(Psalms 104:15)
The Good News Bible puts it this way: “And produce wine to make him happy” (Psalms 104:15).
Jesus then commanded them saying,
“Fill the waterpots with water.” (John 2:7)
Again, the scripture refers to water as representing the word of God. In the Book of Ephesians Chapter 5:25, the scripture says the water that Christ, represented by the husbands, would use to wash the Church, represented by the wives, is the word of God.
“Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the Church, and gave himself to it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word.” (emphasis mine)
At anytime she (the wife) needs cleansing, (the husband) use the word of God to pamper her; pacify her; adore her; and to address her concerns.
Why do you need to cleanse her?
“That he might present it (her) to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish”.
(Eph. 5:27)
…To present her to yourself!
However, if you have not cleansed her with the word, you have not presented and cannot truly present her to yourself.
Truth preached without light becomes mere doctrine, but truth preached with light becomes revelation. The water-turned-wine miracle became life-changing experience, because truth was received.
The truth as well as the light, is the word of God that entered into the water pots.
“Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.”
(John 17:17)
God uses the Spirit of Truth to guide us into the Word of Truth by allowing His light to shine upon the Word. And when you experience the Light of the Word, you become the happiest person on earth. Have you seen the true light? Then you may sing this song along with me:

No more darkness

Praise the Lord,
I’ve seen the Light.
1. Whatever may represent darkness in your life, in the mighty name of Jesus; the Light of Jehovah God will enter into it and scatter it.
2. Pray, and say: Every dark place [A2] of cruelty before me, receive the light of God, and be replaced with peace, joy, abundance, and breakthrough, in Jesus name.
3. Continue, and say: I receive the treasure of darkness[A3] , and hidden riches of secret places, in Jesus name.
4. You want to say this: Every evil, and Satanic meeting taking place in the dark hours, I scatter your gathering by the light of God, and I overturn your table. Let it become a trap for all of you, In Jesus’ name
I feel like you should pray this one too,
5. All human satanic agents keeping evil vigils, and occultic meetings: against my life and destiny, my marital life, my business, my finances, my ministry, my children,
6. In the name of Jesus, I command the blackness of darkness cover you, and may your everlasting shame never be forgotten in the name of Jesus.
7. May all of you be groping in the day as if in the night, in Jesus name. Amen.
Miracles are everywhere, even inside water pots!
So, the word entered the pots to do the miraculous, wondrous work commanded by the Wonderful[A4] , Halleluiah
I prophesy upon your life:
· Miracle located the couple on their wedding day in Cana , In the name of Jesus, your miracles will locate you.
· Even though the hour of Jesus had not come, He had compassion on them. Today, God will fast forward your miracles and have compassion on you, in Jesus name.
· The water-turned-wine was the first miracle. Miracle that has not happened in your family before is starting with you, in Jesus name.
· Mary spoke on behalf and in favour of the couple, and joy was restored. In the name that is above every other name, joy will be restored to you home; peace will reign again in your marriage.
· God will raise divine connector that will speak on your behalf for you, helpers of destiny in Jesus’ name. Amen.
· The names of the couple that wedded were not known. Though nobody seems to know you, what you are passing through, or the shame that you have to put up with, but your miracle will become the talk of the town. It will outlive your generation, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
“…thou hast kept the good wine until now.”
(John 2:10)
· You will not miss the uncommon testimonies that God has reserved for you, in Jesus name.
· Those who have not met you will hear about your fame.
Like all that Jesus touches, by heavenly and divine authority, the ordinary becomes extraordinary; and sadness turns to joy. That shall be your story, in Jesus name.
And Joy Came Out

s Jesus expected, and His mother as well, when they filled the waterpots with water, it became the Word in the belly of the pots and as they drew it out, it turned into joy[A5] . Halleluiah.
The voice of Mary prepared the ground for the Joy; the word of Jesus delivered the Joy. Amen.
· As you are receiving this word of God into your belly right now, rivers of Joy will come out and fill your life, your ministry, your marriage, and your destiny, in Jesus’ mighty name.
Are you being faced with any situation that looks hopeless?
· Joy is locating you right now.
· In the midst of frustration, you will be having your own celebration, in Jesus’ name.
· The scripture says[A6] , His word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. As from now on, the light of God will distinguish you as a winner, and not a loser, anymore.
· The light of God that entered into the waterpots and brought out joy is entering into your marriage to restore peace, understanding, love and sustainable progress, in Jesus’ name.
While the glass of wine Jesus took on the last supper (Mk.14:25) was the last He took in eternity past, that of the wedding in Cana was the first glass of wine. The next time He would have another one would be in eternity future, the day that He will “drink it new in the kingdom of God
